Acquisition module


The acquisition Module is the essential part in the system. 

Its objective is to connect the system ICOE at the line of production. It does the interface between the « électrique » world the different sensors and the « digital » world of treatment of information. It includes the industrial interfaces :

      • connector blocks
      • working of the signal (isolation galvanic, differential signals or not, ...)
      • analogical/digital conversion.
The logical signal
    • They will be isolated.
    • multi-tensions according to the applications (±24V to ± 220V AC andor cd. ).
    • they will be 16 per chart.

    • 16 differential signals (with or without galvanic insulation).
    • 32 signals masses common (with or without galvanic insulation).

A module of acquisition off-set can include up to 256 insolated signals of measurements. Its exact configuration strongly depends on the application.

It can for example contain a local disc or not and use the technology "disk on chip" for reasons of reliability. It can be « a PC commercial » or a « PC on demand » for reasons of obstruction, of resistance to a corrosive condition, ...
